you dont really need to put things in the water but after your done using the steam i suggest that you rub an icecube over you face.after the steams opens up your pores, the ice snaps them shut for silky smooth skin.after the ice you should pat your face dry with a dry towel.good luck i hpoe i helped =:)

The Answer by healthyhappy :

There's a range of skincare products called Miessence. They are 100% certified organic and definitely DO NOT contain petroleum. AND they are a carbon neutral company so they don't leave their carbon footprint on the world either.

They do their ordering on line and you get things delivered to you very quickly. I've had things sent to me in the States as well as Australia.

Also, if you check out the website (I've put it in the 'Source' section) there's a lot on other environmental information there.

Hope this helps,

ok i've been trying to deal with my acne for a long time now, doing everything, drinking water, pro active, mederma for the scars, exercise, washing my face, eating healthy, hydrating lotion.

so i guess my question would be where and what should i start to lessen my horrible skin condition. my only suspicion is bad nutrient intake or something related to my digestion is affecting my skin.

i dont really want names of products or medical treatments (laser, chemical peels, spas, etc) i just want to know thing i can do within a daily routine or something.
sorry about this whole mess of words, im just really frustrated and hope someone can help me. thx!

I am pale and have freckles. the under neath of my eyes are becoming a but darker as I age (I am 24). Also, I do not have an acne problem, but I do get small, almost invisible 'bumps' on my lower cheeks and forehead. They come and go, and again, you can't see them unless you get UPclose because they are colorless. I've been getting them on and off since I was 10, and the doctor had told me they were 'stress-bumps'.

I am desperate for CLEAR smooth skin, and a fix for my under-eyes.. any suggestions?
I've tried almost all the over-the-counter facial products (clean n clear, noxema, nuetrogena, etc.) but it seems my skin doesn't care about that, it acts as it wishes…

The Answer by love n soul :

I dont think it's bc ur dehydrated or anything like that. It might have to do with your diet. Do you eat chips, fried rice, french fries, or pizza, or anything to that extent. Try eating more fruits or vegetables. And food that are organic.

For the eyes, nothing, i have the same issue as u and it never goes away. The best i can do isd cover them up. I hate that but i live with it. (i tried cucumber, green tea bags, potatoes, u name it, it dont work)

best of luck

What kind of legal steps and licensing do I need To Make and Sell Home Made Soaps?I am starting my own natural baby skin care line and am wondering if someone can help me out with what I need to do as far as licenses, Patents, Trademark?, etc to make sure I am doing everything legal and no one copies my brand. I will be making them at home myself. Does the FDA have any thing to do with this or the health department?

The Answer by JP :

You probably need $1,000,000 or more of product liability insurance — esp to sell to any chain stores. I'm guessing this could cost you $1500 a year — but that is a real guess. And you need to be a business — a sole prop or a subchapter S corp are your most likely choices — depends on your finances.

Things like soap are really hard to copyright or trademark unless you have something really revolutionary. And you must be ready to spend a LOT to defend these protections — otherwise you are probably best not bothering. Good luck.

The Answer by Gandalf Parker :

You will need to get a lawyer. Or at least a legal aide who can draw up some papers.

Since you didnt say where you are I will guess you are in the US since americans tend to do that. I dont think you need anything special to sell soap. But you probably need a license to sell anything. Check with your local Chamber of Commerce.

They have a sample (sometimes more than one) every day. So the samples are always new and valid. They don't offer those stupid gimics where you have to sign up for credit card offers either which is nice. You can also sign up for an e-mail so every day you can get the free sample sent to your inbox.

These are real doctors reports, sent back to the patients own doctors after their examination at the hospital. The skin was moist and dry.

Rectal exam revealed a normal size thyroid. (Long fingers?)

The patient had waffles for breakfast and anorexia for lunch.

She stated that she had been constipated for most of her life until 1989 when she got a divorce.

Between you and me, we ought to be able to get this lady pregnant.

The patient was in his usual state of good health until his airplane ran out of gas and crashed.

The lab test indicated abnormal lover function.

The baby was delivered, the cord clamped and cut, and handed to the pediatrician, who breathed and cried immediately.

Exam of genitalia reveals that he is circus sized.

I saw your patient today, who is still under our car for physical therapy.

The patient lives at home with his mother, father, and pet turtle, who is presently enrolled in day care three times a week.

Bleeding started in the rectal area and continued all the way to Los Angeles.

Both breasts are equal and reactive to light and accommodation. (Excuse me, what are you doing with that pen light?)

She is numb from her toes down.

Exam of genitalia was completely negative except for the right foot. (Anatomy review time!)

While in the emergency room, she was examined, X-rated and sent home.

The patient was to have a bowel resection. However, he took a job as a stockbroker instead. (An empowered patient.)

The patient suffers from occasional, constant, infrequent headaches.

I can see it happening. They can't spell and often pay no attention. I had a goat operated on once that had a testicle that did not drop–it was written up as a partial crypt orchid. Instead of a creptorcit (sp). I was having foot surgery once and had local deadening the nurse said OOPS while the doc was operating on me. Then she ran to the corner of the room and put her head down in her lap to keep from passing out. He gave her a good lecture–I said if she had said ah $hit I would have been outa here. I think instead of taking the joint out of my toe he must have cut it off and had to sew it back on. Ah the med profession. ha!
