acne and skin care?

my main problem is the acne and the damage it has done to my skin. Altogether, i have acne, scars (both "ice picks" and bumps) dry skin, and aged skin (im 19), too much time in the sun.
ok i've been trying to deal with my acne for a long time now, doing everything, drinking water, pro active, mederma for the scars, exercise, washing my face, eating healthy, hydrating lotion.

so i guess my question would be where and what should i start to lessen my horrible skin condition. my only suspicion is bad nutrient intake or something related to my digestion is affecting my skin.

i dont really want names of products or medical treatments (laser, chemical peels, spas, etc) i just want to know thing i can do within a daily routine or something.
sorry about this whole mess of words, im just really frustrated and hope someone can help me. thx!

Toothpaste, lime juice, tomato slices, home made packs can be used for treating acne. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for pimples at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

well you're right diet can have a big impact on your skin. for me very greasy foods, chocolate, and sodas are big factors. try avoiding foods like these and keep cleaning your face regularly.

If it's that bad then you probably won't be able to just change your routines and stuff to get rid of it.
You should probably talk to a dermatologist about a medication you can take to get rid of your skin problem. Accutane is your best bet to get rid of your acne and the only way you can get it is from a dermatologist.

eck, theres not a lot you can do about acne without getting a good product line.

i had HORRIBLE acne when i was in my teens, and ended up on accutane…

but theres a fantastic medical product line out there…Obagi NuDerm. youd have to get it from your doctor, and its fairly expensive…but trust me…its worth it. i worked with it for awhile, and my clients are insane results.

Acne is one of the most distressing and depressing problem. Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day. Mix cinnamon powder with lime juice to make a fine paste, Apply on the spots and wash when dry .Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

    Hi,

I can understand what you are going through. Here's something that could help you out:

Diet has got nothing to do with your acne. It is just a myth that is commonly spread from forum to forum. See the source below. Washing your face twice a day is a good start.
